Alongside my painting and spiritual work, I also offer personalised Bach flower remedies. These natural remedies were developed by physician and homeopath Dr Edward Bach and are made from the flowers of wild plants, trees and shrubs. They are intended to help restore emotional balance and may offer support when you experience stress, insecurity, anxiety, sadness, fatigue or inner restlessness, or when your mind feels overwhelmed.

The skin oil has a shelf life of approximately six months. After this time, the active ingredients gradually lose their potency.
